the room provided great comfort. it featured a spacious layout and modern decor. the staff displayed really good kindness, attending to every need promptly. i particularly enjoyed the convenient access to the sauna and steam rooms following my sightseeing.
the hotel hallways felt quite cold .

lovely menugreat servicecold hallway
breakfast featured a lovely menu. table service at breakfast was great. i especially liked that the breakfast area was kept clean.
the hallways were very cold. this affected my overall comfort. there was little to no heat throughout the hallways.

the hotel offered such pretty views i felt it was a fairytale. i so enjoyed the breakfasts that came with a bespoke hot meal option, this was such a sweet touch.

The breakfast was good (it had a wide variety of options).
I found the hotel's policy on under 18s using the pool VERY strict. Children could only use the pool until noon. After that, it was adults only, even if the pool was empty later in the day. My 17-year-old couldn't even join me in the games room to watch me play snooker because of the age restrictions. The snooker table also needs new cushions. They are dead.
